Manager, Risk Intelligence and Analytics
Job Description
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual IRM related reporting for the Company’s Chief Risk Officer, executive, and Board risk committeesAutomation of monthly, quarterly, and annual IRM related reporting within the intelligence functionLead the automation of processes for collecting and analyzing data across the enterprise, ensuring accuracy and efficiencyProvide support to Risk and Technology Tooling team on data ingestion, clean-up, mapping etc. (e.g., data analysis, data clean-up, validation, creating and maintenance of reports and dashboards)Identifying opportunities for creating efficiencies within reporting framework and processesAssist in testing, cleaning, and preparing data for reporting readiness
Qualification
At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience as an analytics manager or similar capacity Proficient in utilizing Power BI and Power Platform to create interactive dashboards, automate workflows, and develop custom application for improved business intelligence and efficiency Knowledgeable in financial services, insurance, and technology risk managementA background in risk management, audit, or compliance is a plus Skilled in Python and SQL, database schemas and data modeling Skilled with dashboard design, with a consideration for UI/UX fundamentals Highly organized individual with strong time management and organizational skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently.Excellent collaborative and relationship building skills; showing tact and diplomacy in dealing with others.
